Pull The Other One by Norman Robbins

Critic's Comments
:-

"This is a very average piece of hokum from the mind that gave us Tomb with a View. The jokes are corny and shamelessly telegraphed.

So it is a brave man who takes it on against the odds and wins and director and cast have kept their collective eyes firmly on developing the characters.

The director has the touch of a soufle chef in handling this leaden pudding and has allowed the talented cast to create some extraordinary characters.

The in-and-out-of-doors sequence - obligatory in any farce - was despatched with competence.

I have to thank the group for finding a seam of gold in a play that, every time I read it, sends me to sleep"
